Responsibilities:
- Establish the overall sales strategy and work towards achieving KPIs/targets of assigned vertical.
- Build partnerships with C-level/top accounts to sell company’s value-proposition.
- Work with VP of Workforce Solutions in improving sales effectiveness, KPI setting, and analysis.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree.
- Must have sold solutions to BPOs via B2B selling.
- Has a strong track record of winning big BPO accounts.
- Solid key account management skills, specifically growing existing accounts.
- Proven track record of sales performance; growth accounts in the previous years.
- Must be willing to work in Makati.
