Responsibilities

1. Will manage and lead 5 HR professionals (1 Supervisor, 1 Sr. Staff, 2 Staff, and 1 Nurse)

2. Lead and manage HR Operations and oversee various HR functions such as:

  • Recruitment and Selection
  • Compensation and Benefits
  • Training and Development
  • Labor and Employee Engagement

3. Develop and implement HR strategies, systems, and procedures, aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.

4. Build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
