Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner with expertise in labor relations to join our dynamic team. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective labor relations strategies to maintain positive employee relations within the organization.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a key point of contact for all labor relations matters.
- Handling employee grievances and ensuring prompt resolution.
- Leading negotiations with labor unions to establish fair collective bargaining agreements.
- Collaborating with operational managers to develop strategies for handling labor disputes.
- Monitoring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Providing expert advice on labor relations issues.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of labor laws, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build effective relationships with employees and union representatives.
