Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Administer HR policies to ensure compliance.
