Job Description
- Leading the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Expertly identifying and sourcing the best-fit candidates for various job positions, utilizing multiple recruitment channels and advanced search techniques.
- Conducting in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure candidate suitability.
- Actively managing relationships with potential candidates to create a pool of qualified candidates.
- Collaborating closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs and deliver the most qualified candidates promptly.
- Administer and execute other HR functions including employee relations, performance management, training & development, and legal compliance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee onboarding and exit processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation.
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters.
- Manage employee attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate and assist with employee engagement activities.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR requirements.
