Job Description
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any technical degree in Electronics/TESDA or related Vocational Course.
- Knows operating machine.
- Skilled in troubleshooting various machines.
- Knowledge of production procedures, analytical skills, teamwork, and physical stamina.
- Good Written and Oral Communication skills.
- Computer Literate with technical passion.
- Willingness to undergo a 3-month training.
- Openness to work with shifting schedules and extended work hours.
- Capable of working with minimal supervision.
Job Descriptions:
- Manage all machine functions effectively.
- Optimize and maintain machines ensuring top performance.
- Conduct quality checks regularly.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay Range: Php10,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
Benefits:

Schedule:
- 12-hour shifts, Day, Early, Night shifts.
- Rotational shifts including holidays and overtime.
Supplemental Pay Types:
- 13th-month salary and Overtime pay.

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Toril, Davao del Sur: Reliably commute or plan to relocate (Preferred).
Willingness to travel:
- 100% travel readiness (Preferred).
