Responsibilities
- Lead and organize the HR department to cover the requirements of the company and its subsidiaries.
- Source and lead the recruitment of manpower requirements nationwide.
- Establish and ensure that employees’ performances are assessed in a timely manner.
- Attend to the HR-related concerns and claims of the companies and the employees.
- Plan, monitor, and provide solutions to recruitment requirements in a timely manner.
- Create/update the company policies and organize the department to ensure that company rules and regulations are being followed.
Qualifications
- Has over 15 years of solid HR experience acquired from large organizations, preferably telco, construction, manufacturing.
- Strong strategic and operational skills covering all HR facets.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong stakeholders management.
- Highly flexible and can work in a dynamic work environment.
