Job Description
Ability to prepare estimated material cost, timeframe for the project given and negotiating with the suppliers to ensure best contracts.
Authorizing technical drawing and engineering plans, gathering data, reports and delivering presentations to the Heads.
Organizing materials and make sure the site health and safety.
Drafting of work schedules and communicating any adjustments to the staffs and clients.
Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
Great written and verbal communication skills.
Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
