Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
- Monitor and assess compliance risks
- Provide legal advice and support to the organization
- Review and negotiate contracts and agreements
- Conduct internal investigations and audits
- Provide legal advice and support to various departments within the organization on a wide range of issues, including contracts, employment law, and regulatory compliance
- Investigate any compliance violations or legal issues that arise and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to legal and compliance matters.
Qualifications:
- 5 years work experience in legal and compliance functions
- Experience in Manufacturing/FMCG
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements
- Experience in compliance with PEZA, BIR, DOLE and other Government institutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work in Ortigas
