Job Description

Negros Women For Tomorrow Foundation (NWTF) is a non-government organization and micro-financial institution founded in 1984. It aims to help women achieve self-sufficiency and self-reliance, particularly in low-income and depressed urban and rural communities, to increase their economic potential, productivity, and quality of life.

Qualifications:

  • Willing to do FIELDWORK and BE ASSIGNED OUTSIDE OF THEIR RESIDENCE.
  • K-12 Graduates or with at least 72 units
  • Graduate of 4 or 2-year course preferably with business-related (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Can deal with highly confidential matters.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customer service-oriented.
  • Work DOES NOT REQUIRE driver’s license.

Schedule:

  • 13th month salary, Bonus pay, Performance bonus, Quarterly bonus, Yearly bonus
