Job Description

The role is responsible for the business group’s form clean-up project. There are 165 3m.com URLs to be updated within 12 months. Each URL may have 1 to 3 forms to be updated.

• Review and ensure completeness and accuracy of the Marketing Automation project requests – understanding the briefing document and workflow
• Create, build, test and manage automated marketing campaigns and programs in Eloqua
• Build campaigns based off workflows designed by digital strategists and project managers
• Create and manage forms including best practice design, proper function, submission success and tracking, working closely with marketing and business team
• Perform quality assurance and testing to ensure assets are up to expectations
• Create reports to capture form submissions and schedule automated agents
• Report project progress to stakeholders
• Deliver performance improvements via ongoing testing and results to provide continued learning
• May be assigned to generate and analyze MA reports as needed by the area or the business.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-3 years’ experience in any Marketing Automation platform
• Advanced experience with Eloqua is a must
• Familiarity with Workfront, Salesforce, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite
• At least 2-3 years working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent projects
• Highly organized, good time management skills, and customer-centric
• Ability to work both independently and as a team member as necessary
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
