Job Purpose: The Organizational Development Manager is responsible for designing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall performance and effectiveness of the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement organizational development initiatives and programs.
- Identify and analyze organizational challenges and provide solutions.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Facilitate change management processes and ensure smooth transitions.
