Job Description
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
- 3-5 years work experience as a Production Planner in food manufacturing or packaging
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP) and related software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills
- Willing to work Monday to Saturday
- Preferably residents of Las Pinas or nearby areas
Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule operations according to client requirements
- Maximize machine utilization
- Analyze shift and machine performance
- Review production plan with Production Manager
- Manage required RM/PM per client
- Assist in monitoring production plan and resolving issues
- Perform other related production activities
