Job Description
The Unit Caretaker role involves ensuring proper cleaning of the Model Unit, focusing on the Living Room, Kitchen Area, Comfort Room, Stair Hallway, Bedrooms, and Carport.
Responsibilities also include maintaining the cleanliness and organization of furniture and appliances, as well as conducting inventory checks.
Qualifications:
- Prior Caretaker experience
- Trustworthy with high personal integrity
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Available to start immediately
