Job Purpose: The Vice President for Construction is responsible for overseeing all construction projects and ensuring their successful completion within budget and on schedule. They will provide strategic leadership and guidance to the construction team, manage relationships with contractors and vendors, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement construction strategies and plans to meet organizational goals
- Manage and oversee all construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Negotiate and manage contracts with construction vendors and suppliers
