Job Description
We are seeking a Virtual Medical Assistant who can also provide excellent US Healthcare Customer Service. As a Virtual Medical Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting healthcare professionals, managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support.
Additionally, you will engage in US Healthcare Customer Service duties such as answering patient queries, providing information on medical services, and ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in healthcare administration, excellent communication skills, and be familiar with US healthcare practices and regulations.
