Job Description
The Warehouse and Logistics Head is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of warehouse operations and logistics activities to ensure the efficient and timely flow of goods. Strategic thinking and strong leadership skills are essential to optimize processes and enhance overall supply chain performance.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
- Formulate strategies to maximize warehouse space utilization and workflow efficiency.
- Establish inventory control procedures for accurate stock tracking.
- Transition to automated inventory management systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
- Understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and relevant computer applications.
