Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Clerk located in Rawalpindi District. The Administrative Clerk will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, organizing files, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the organization. The Administrative Clerk will also be expected to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Clerk or similar role
- Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers and fax machines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with additional certification in Office Management or similar fields as a plus
