Job Description
Qualification & Experience:
- Masters with 4-5 years of experience in Warehouse & Logistics.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including order management, issue resolution, and cost reduction strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams, transporters, and distributors for smooth logistics operations.
- Manage warehouse assets, maintenance, and ensure adherence to stocking standards.
- Coordinate with sales team for order planning.
- Supervise staff, manage attendance, and assist logistics team in customer service enhancement.
- Procure vendors for cost-effective warehouse maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with QA and EHS standards, prioritize safety, and manage administrative tasks.
- Handle SAP processes, manage finance, and optimize transport plans.
- Support audit closure and generate stock management reports.
- Conduct safety training for staff.
