Job Description
We are looking for an HR intern to join tossdown Inc. in a dynamic role with various responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment process including job postings and candidate assessments.
- Support onboarding for new hires and maintain employee records.
- Help with HR-related tasks such as filing and data entry.
- Contribute to HR policies and procedures implementation and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist with performance management processes and feedback collection.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree, strong interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office, and eager to learn.
