Job Description
We are seeking a Psychological HR Intern to support our Human Resources department in various psychological and employee well-being initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the HR team to research and develop strategies for promoting employee well-being and mental health.
- Assist in creating and administering surveys to evaluate employee satisfaction, engagement, and psychological needs.
- Compile and analyze data on employee well-being initiatives, and prepare reports for management.
- Support training programs on stress management, resilience, and work-life balance.
- Provide administrative assistance for HR activities and events.
- Stay updated on current trends in psychological HR and employee well-being.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or related field.
- Interest in applying psychological principles in a corporate setting.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and survey tools is a plus.
- Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude.
